How many days do I have access to the webinar?
Participants have unlimited access to the webinar for 30 days. Once the 30 day window has ended, participants will NOT be able to extend. Please be sure to begin the course when there will be time to complete the webinar within the access window timeframe.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to complete the training within the allotted time.

What are the course completion requirements?
Participants must complete the course in its entirety, including passing the posttest with a minimum score of 80% and completing the course evaluation.

Are you a CE provider?
Yes. I have been pre-approved by the Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Health Licensure as a CE provider. Although the content and format meets general state CE requirements, participants are responsible for checking with their state board to ensure the webinar meets CE requirements. Need help? How do I obtain my certificate?
Certificates of completion will be immediately available for download after successfully completing all course requirements (webinar, posttest/quiz, and course evaluation).
